2.7.2. Device Check (Input/Output)

2.7.2.1. Manual Operation of Each Section

This function is used for the operation check for each section (I/O).
The operation check for the "Vacuum Switching Valve 6" for the Head No. 2 is described as
follows as an example.
Select "DVC Check" and "INP/OUT" in this order and select "OutP Chk" in the "INP/OUT"
window. Select "2" for "SELECT BLOCK" and then select "HD2". Select "D5" in the
"Select Bit" selection box.
Select the [ON/OFF] in the "Ctrl Sw" selection box and check the operation.

2.7.3. Manual Axis Operation

(1) The manual axis operation converts the front and rear, right and left, up and down and
rotation operation of a single unit in each section of the machine, into values, and
operates such unit.
This operation is performed in the tab sheet under the "Maint." menu item.
(2) The operation procedure related to the manual axis operation, is described, taking an
example as follows.
The HL-axis up/down operation is performed using for manual axis operation, when
the "Head Up/Down Offset" teaching is performed in the Head No. 1:
This item describes only the manual axis operation. Refer to "1.4 Installation
Procedure" in Chapter 1 for the main operation procedure.
