Photoconductive drum
Do not touch directly with hands. Oil on the
hand attaches to the drum and causes poor
copy quality.
Be careful not to scratch. Scratches on the
drum may effect copy quality. Deep
scratches may generate bias defects to
disable the use of the photoconductor
cartridge.
Since the photoconductor drum responds to
lights, do not expose the drum to light for long
periods of time.
