Turn off the power and remove the seal cover in the paper exit
side.

Short the main PWB pins JP210 and JP211, and turn on the
power.

When the misfeed indicator blinks, turn on the copy exposure key.

When the toner indicator blinks, turn the VR202 more than 2 steps
in either direction to light the toner indicator. Then turn the VR202
again to adjust.

Turn on the copy exposure key.

The LIGHT lamp lights up and the auto exposure mode adjust-
ment is performed automatically.

After completion of the adjustment, the auto exposure lamp blinks.

Turn on the copy exposure key twice to make a copy. (Exposure
display: Standard)
If the copy exposure is proper, check the auto exposure level. →

If the copy exposure is not proper, repeat procedures from step

Check that "6" of the UKOG-0162FCZZ is slightly copied.
(When too light): Turn the VR202 counterclockwise.
(When too dark): Turn the VR202 clockwise.
