Installation
. The display unit may be damaged by static electricity. Therefore, a worker must wear non-charged
working clothes during operation.
. A worker must necessarily wear gloves to prevent an injury from occurring when transporting and
installing the display unit.
. Use the supplied power cord to connect between the display units.
If not supplied, prepare the power cord applicable to the country or region in which the system is in-
stalled. (Refer to Section 1-6.)
Use the supplied category 7-equivalent cable to transmit the video signal between the display units. If
not supplied, use the cable that meets the standard and has the connectors with the specified materials,
size and shape. Use a 1 meter long cable between the display units.
. When you disconnect the category 7-equivalent cable, hold the plug, then pull it horizontally. Do not
pull it on the skew.
. Do not connect the network switch to the UNIT OUTPUT connector and LINK IN/OUT connector. The
signal to be input/output is not the signal for Ethernet but the signal exclusive for this unit.

In particular, if the switching hub with a PoE power supply function is connected to these connectors,
this unit may be damaged.
. Connect the display unit to safety ground. Check that ground and power cord are connected securely.
Use the 3-core power cord. The safety earth ground can be connected by using the 3-core power cord.
Check that the safety earth ground and power cord are securely connected.
. Connect the base to safety ground.
. After stacking all display units, cover the outermost edge with the protective materials. (Refer to Sec-
tion 2-6-2.)
. Install the net for preventing the falling of tools used in the installation and service work.
. Be careful not to view the light of LED directly from near it when the display unit turns on.
. The horizontal precision and vertical precision of display unit should meet the following specifications.
Vertical accuracy: h/L
ZRD-1/ZRD-2/ZRCT-100/ZRCT-200
Horizontal accuracy: h/L 5/10000
