TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Possible issues not related to the dehumidifiers performance.
ISSUE
Unit occasionally stops working.
Reduction in dehumidification
strength.
There is a bad smell while on.
Sound is coming from within the
dehumidifier.
The buzzer sounds.

REASON
The unit is defrosting. The unit will start again once
defrosting is finished.
Dehumidification reduces in strength when the room
temperature is too low. The unit may stop operating when the
room temperature is too low. The dehumidifier stops operating
when the humidity level in the room drops below the set
humidity level during the Auto Dehumidification mode.
The smell may come from the walls, furniture or other
household objects.
Circulation of the refrigerant may cause sound until the
unit is stable.
This happens when the water tank is full.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
The humidity sensor is not
working.
There is damage to the automatic
defrost sensor.
The pump is not working.
