PRE-OPERATION CHECKS
STEERING SYSTEM
Check the steering system for
excessive freeplay by:
• moving the steering wheel up and
• turning the steering wheel slightly
If you feel excessive freeplay, or hear
rattling sounds which may indicate
Y-2945
loose steering components, consult a
Yamaha dealer.
REVERSE ALARM
Check the reverse alarm by moving
the drive select lever to "R" for
BATTERY
reverse. The alarm should sound.

PEDAL OPERATION
Check the following pedal controls
for proper operation. If a pedal does
not work properly, consult a Yamaha
dealer.

With the main switch in the
"OFF" position, make sure the
accelerator pedal operates
