BlueGATE Facilissimo da configurare BlueGATE non richiede particolari configurazioni, viene visto direttamente dal vostro dispositivo Bluetooth installato sul PC o sul PDA. Sarà sufficiente eseguire il Pairing con la periferica inserendo il PIN presente nella confezione per essere pronti a collegarvi ad Internet. - Page 7 Anche se cominciano a comparire sul mercato i primi computer laptop di fascia alta con moduli Bluetooth integrati, risulta molto più facile ed economico dotare il computer di un pratico adattatore esterno per porta USB come il digicom Palladio USB Bluetooth. - Page 9 BlueGATE INSTALLAZIONE WINDOWS® 98/ME/2000/XP Dal vostro computer selezionate l’icona relativa alle applicazioni Bluetooth (My Bluetooth Places). Quindi selezionate con il mouse “Entire Bluetooth Neighborhood” attivando la funzione di ricerca nuovi dispositivi. Durante questa fase o al termine verrà visualizzato il dispositivo modem Bluetooth.
- Page 10 Selezionate il dispositivo modem con il mouse, vi verrà chiesto di inserire la chiave di accesso “Passkey”. La chiave di accesso è riportata sul fondo del BlueGATE (basta girarlo e leggerlo) oppure sul foglietto allegato. La passkey è formata da 12 numeri (96bit).

BlueGATE HARDWARE INSTALLATION PROCEDURE Before going on with the installation of BlueGATE it is necessary that the Bluetooth adapter on your computer is correctly installed.
