FILTER CLEANING AND REPLACEMENT

Filters need to be cleaned or replaced from time to time. The HEPA filter can be cleaned with the Filter
Cleaning System. (See Figure 7) Eventually filters will need to be washed or become worn and need to be
replaced. To clean or replace the HEPA or foam filter:
1. Turn switch off (0) and unplug power cord from the electrical outlet.
2. Remove hose from suction inlet or blower outlet.
3. Remove head from the tank by pulling gently on the clamps on the vacuum head, turn the head upside
down and place on top of the tank. See Figure 3
4. Remove cover plate and fasteners. See Figure 9
5. Remove the HEPA filter or foam filter.
6. Insert a new filter. For HEPA, use only model F-HE or F-HE1 to insure that you have a genuine HEPA
filter. Replace the foam filter with model FSP1.
7. Reattach and secure the cover plate, and then attach the vacuum head to the tank.
These filters can be washed by hand with cold water several times. After washing, dry.
NOTE: NEVER MACHINE WASH OR MACHINE DRY FILTERS.

AFTER USE, STORAGE

Store vacuum cleaner INDOOR in a room above 32°F and store in a dry room.
All the accessories can be stored on the machine.
1. Attach the nozzles on the back of the vacuum head.
2. Attach the hook on wand/hose assembly to the bracket located next to the cord wrap bracket. This
bracket may be located on the opposite side of the cord bracket. Location of the hook on the wand can
be adjusted by loosening the screw on the hook.

Attach the remaining insert for the floor nozzle on top of the rear wheels
WARNING! When not in use: disconnect the power cord from the electrical outlet.
