will replace the unit, provided the unit has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, or non-Buffalo Technology (Buffalo Inc.) authorized alteration,
modifications or repair.
All expressed and implied warranties for Buffalo Technology's (Buffalo Inc.) product line including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchant-
ability and fitness of a particular purpose are limited in duration to the above period.
