I changed some of the video, music, or photo content on a resource; why can't I see the changes on
LinkTheater?
A:
Press the "Refresh" button on the remote control to refresh the page. Also, try toggling the video, music, or
photo buttons on the remote control.
Q:
Why does LinkTheater respond slowly when I watch a movie, browse photos, or listen to music?
A:
Check the following:
1. Publish multiple folders – If there are a large number of files in a folder, navigating through the folder may
be slow. Try creating more folders with less content in each folder.
2. Remove unusable files – Move files that are known not to be media content. Non-supported file formats
may not be seen on LinkTheater but they are still processed and filtered by LinkTheater, slowing down
response times.
3. PC performance – Try installing the software on a faster PC if available.
