3. "Pass Criteria for Phase"
3-1. "Condition"
Set the condition under which this phase is operated.
・ "Clutch"
Detect clutch activation and determine the pass.
・ "Angle"
Detect that the product has rotated to the set angle and determine the pass.
・ "Time"
Detect that the set time has elapsed and determine the pass.
・ ">Torque"
Detect that the product has exceeded the set torque (load) during its operation and determine the
pass.
・ "<Torque"
Detect that the product has fallen below the set torque (load) and determine the pass.
3-2. "OK judgement"
Set the phase used to determine that the fastening work has been completed (okayed).
You can set only one phase each for forward rotation / reverse rotation.
4. "Failure Criteria for Phase"
Settings can be performed by selecting the check box.
You can set the condition based on which abnormal fastening (phase error) is determined during the
operation of this phase.
4-1. "Clutch"
A failure is determined when the clutch is detected before the pass is determined.
4-2. ">Angle"
A failure is determined when the product has rotated to the set angle before the pass is determined.
4-3. "<Angle"
A failure is determined when the product has not rotated to the set angle when the pass is determined.
4-4. ">Time"
A failure is determined when the set time has elapsed before the pass is determined.
4-5. "<Time"
A failure is determined when the set time has not elapsed when the pass is determined.
4-6. ">Torque"
A failure is determined when the set torque (load) is exceeded before the pass is determined.
4-7. "<Torque"
A failure is determined when the set torque (load) has been fallen below when the pass is determined.
5. "Shift to the next Phase"
5-1. "Final Phase"
Set the final phase for each forward rotation / reverse rotation setting.
5-2. "Phase Brake"
Select whether to apply the brake to stop the product once when pass is determined for this phase and
before it shifts to the next phase.
