3-13. Setting Maintenance Information

The product keeps track of the number of times the trigger switch is operated, the number of times the clutch
is activated, and the number of times OK is determined.
You can set either to display the alarm by flashing the LED (indicator light) or prohibit product actions when
each count reaches the specified number.
Use this feature to keep track of product maintenance tasks.
When you click the [Read] button under "Maintenance information" the following window appears.
1. "Total Information", "Trip Information"
These fields display the product's current work counts / time.
Click the [Clear Trip Information] button to reset the "Trip Trigger count", "Trip Clutch Activation count", and
"Trip OK Operations count".
"Last maintenance date" shows the date and time when the most recent "Maintenance alarm / stop settings"
(see below) was carried out.
2. "Maintenance alarm / stop settings"
Set the timing for displaying the maintenance alarm / operation prohibition for the product.
Select "Alarm" from "Mode" to display the alarm only, or select "Alarm&Stop" from "Mode" to display the alarm
and operation prohibition. If "OFF" is selected, both the alarm display and the operation prohibition will be
disabled. Enter the count number to be displayed into "Alarm Count", and enter the count number for
prohibiting operation into "Stop Count".
Click [Write Setting in Tool] to transfer the settings to the product.
To close this window, click the [x] button in the upper right corner of the window.

Click the [Read] button under "Maintenance information" to configure
maintenance information.
