Before cleaning, let the Salt Block cool down. If using the
stainless steel induction bottom, remove and clean this part
separately. For the bigger reminders of food use the scraper.
Then make the steel wool wet and brush the reminder of the
food. Tamp dry with a paper towel or clean cloth.
Do not wet your Salt Block (do not use soap with it).
Keep the Salt Block in horizontal position for 24 hours to dry
and to avoid cracking.
Dry and store the Stainless steel bottom apart from the Salt
Block.
Store the Salt Block in a dry environment, avoid humidity.
DISPOSAL
Contact your municipal authority for information on how to
discard the product correctly.
