KNOw YOUR BREVILLE DEEp FRYER
Cool plate™ Technology
Breville's unique Cool Plate™ Element is positioned closer to the bottom of the oil vessel.
This results in a proportionally larger 'Fry Zone', allowing you to cook 1lb of french fries in
less than 3qts of oil.

COOL pLATE™ TEChNOLOGY
STANDARD TUBE ELEMENT
Commercially-Inspired Cool Zone
The Cool Plate™ Element is suspended in oil, creating a 'Cool Zone' at the bottom of the
oil vessel. This prevents heavy debris from burning, which reduces odor and extends the
useful lifespan of oil.

Increased Oil Life
Oil repeatedly heated above its 'Smoke Point' temperature quickly breaks down affecting
oil color, taste and smell. The Cool Plate™ Element's large, flat, surface-area gently heats
the oil to its optimum cooking temperature. In comparison, standard tube elements may
fluctuate up to 70°F hotter, damaging the oil. The result is prolonged oil life and better
tasting food.
