What is covered?
The RIDGID ® Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaners are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and material.
How long coverage lasts?
This limited warranty lasts for 1 year from the date of purchase of the Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaner. It covers the
Vacuum and Motor.
How to get service?
To get the benefit from this warranty, call 0800 77 10 007 or contact us through the site at
www.ridgid.com.br/centrodeservicos. When you contact us, have the serial and model numbers handy.
When requesting warranty service, you must present the proof of purchase documentation, which includes
the date of purchase.
What will we do to correct the problem?
During the 1 Year Limited Warranty, the RIDGID ® Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaners will be repaired or replaced at
the option of Emerson Electric do Brasil Ltda. and returned free of charge or, if after three repairs or
replacement attempts the vacuum cleaner is still defective, the owner may opt for receiving total
reimbursement of the purchase price.
What is not covered?
Defects due to abuse, incorrect use or normal wear and tear are not covered by this 1 Year Limited Warranty.
EMERSON ELECTRIC DO BRASIL LTDA. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES.
No other express warranty applies.
This 1 Year Limited Warranty is the only and exclusive warranty for RIDGID® Wet/Dry Vacuum Cleaners.
No employee, agent, distributor or other person is authorized to modify this warranty or to grant any other
warranty on behalf of the Emerson Electric do Brasil Ltda.

Model and Serial numbers may be found on the label near cord entry on Vac.
You should record both Model and Serial numbers in a safe place for future use.
