    Introduction The NETGEAR Insight Managed WiFi 6 AX1800 Dual Band Access Point Model WAX610, in this manual referred to as the access point, supports IEEE 802.11ax, four streams of WiFi 6, and dual-band concurrent operation at 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz with a combined throughput of 1800 Mbps (600 Mbps at 2.4 GHz and 1200 Mbps at 5 GHz).

The access point can support eight WiFi networks, each with its own unique WiFi settings, including WiFi security. Tip: If you want to change the settings of the access point’s WiFi network, use a wired connection to avoid being disconnected when the new WiFi settings take effect.
