d. Press <OK>.
e. Under Start Menu, choose "Programs" > "Administrative Tools" > "Computer
Management".
f. Under "Computer Management (Local)", choose "System Tools", then "Local
Users and Groups", then "Users".
g. Under the "Actions" menu. Choose "New User..." .
h. Fill the "New User" dialog as illustrated below:
i. Under Password, enter "PMDExport".
j. Uncheck "User must change password at next logon" box.
k. Check "User cannot change password", and "Password never expires"
