Line Key Buttons
Use the line keys to access the
assigned lines.
Buttons illuminate to indicate status:
Green, steady: Line is idle
Red, steady: Line in use
Red, slow flashing: Line on hold
Red, fast flashing: Incoming call
Amber, steady: Line unregistered
Amber, flashing: Line registering
Place a Call

Enter a number and pick up the
handset.
Answer a Call
Press the flashing red line button to

answer the non-shared line. If line is
shared must select "answer" softkey.

Put a Call on Hold

View Your Recent Calls

Transfer a Call to Another Person

Add Another Person to a Call

Press Hold
.
To resume a call from hold,
press Hold again.
Press Menu
.
Scroll and select Recents.
Select a line to view.
From a call that is not on hold,
press Transfer
.
Enter the other person's phone
number.
Press Transfer again (before or
after the party answers).
From an active call, press
Conference
.
Enter the number you want to
join and press Dial.
Once the call is connected,
press Conference again.
