adapter cable or is connected to external power adapter.

To turn off the MVCI, disconnect the MVCI from all power sources and
press and hold the ESC button for three seconds.
The MVCI will automatically power off sixty seconds after being
disconnected from vehicle or external power.
• Why does my MVCI power off if I didn't press the ESC button?
The MVCI must be connected to a vehicle or an external power source.
The MVCI will power off after sixty seconds without external power.
• Why does my MVCI keep rebooting when the external power is
disconnected?
The MVCI batteries are weak. Connect the external power adapter and
allow the batteries to charge for four hours.
• Why does my MVCI reboot when the vehicle is started?
The MVCI batteries are weak. Connect the external power adapter and
allow the batteries to charge for four hours.
• Why doesn't my MVCI turn on when connected to the vehicle?
Verify that the vehicle battery power pin and the grounds on the vehicle
connector are good. If the vehicle connector does not have a vehicle
battery pin, use the external power adapter.
