Fuel Fill Door Opener Replacement
1 . Using a flat-tip screwdriver wrapped with
protective tape, detach the hooks (A) by prying the
front side cap (B), then remove it from the left door
s i l l t r i m ( C ) , a n d l o o s e n t h e b o l t ( D ) s e c u r i n g t h e
f u e l f i l l d o o r o p e n e r .

Remove the left door sill trim (see page 20-50i.
R e m o v e t h e o p e n e r ( A l f r o m t h e b o l t { B ) .

4. Disconnect the fuel fill door opener cable (A), then
remove the opener iB). Take care not to bend the
c a o t e .
Installthe opener in the reverse order of removal,
and note these items:

lMake sure the opener cable is connected
properly.
lvlake sure the fuel fill door opens properly and
locks securely.
