Set up the Key Expansion Module in Cisco Unified
Communications Manager
Before you install an expansion module on a phone, configure it in the Product Specific Configuration area
of your Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration.
During the expansion module set up, you can configure the module to display on one-column or two-column
mode.
Make sure that the screws are fully inserted into the phone and
tightened.
