6.4 Warning conditions (printing continuously performed)

6.4.1 Excitation V-ref. Review, Excitation V-ref. Review 2
Readjust the excitation setup of nozzle1 and nozzle2.
6.4.2 Viscosity Reading Instability
Perform the viscometer
operation test on the
Circulation system control
screen.
Is it normally measured? *1
(*1): The Viscosity measurement during
IJP operation is conducted every
15minutes just before the ink
replenishment. When the viscosity
values measured are instable, the
ink is replenished by dot counts
but
NOT
by
the
measurement result. If this ink
replenishment by dot counts is
made three times in a row, the
warning
of
"Viscosity
Instability" will be indicated. After
this
warning
indication,
viscosity
measurement
conducted
every
however the ink is replenished by
dot counts until the ink viscosity
returns to a stable condition.
(*2): When you disassemble and clean
or replace the Viscometer, refer
to "4. 12 Troubleshooting when
Fault Occurs in Viscometer".
