Bit 3 Sets host communication (Set to ON)
Bit 4 Switches the filter constant of strobe signal (capacitance)
ON : 0.047 (uF) + 2.2(uF)
OFF : 0.047 (uF)
Bit 5 Sets the polarity of strobe signal transmitted from host.
