NOTE
The data saved on the internal flash
ROM can be restored if the internal
memory is damaged for any reason.
The data should be saved before
starting the robot controller as the
system.

CAUTION
• If data has already been written
in, it cannot be overwritten and
saved.
If data has already been written
in, initialize the memory, and
then save the new data.
• The data saved on the internal
flash ROM cannot be restored if
any hardware trouble occurs.
Always save the data onto an
external PC storage device.
• If an abnormal process occurs,
such as if the power is turned
OFF while saving the data, the
data cannot be guaranteed.

12.6.1.2 Saving files

The data in the controller's internal memory are saved as ALL files on the flash ROM. The
data cannot be saved in the various units. If data is already saved, the new data cannot be
saved until the files are initialized once.
[Procedure]
1) Press the
(SAVE) key in the "SYSTEM>BACKUP>FROM" mode.

2) A check message appears on the guidelines.

(YES) to save the data.

(NO) to cancel the procedure.

12.6.1.3 Initializing the files
The data saved on the controller's flash ROM is initialized.
[Procedure]
1) Press the
(INIT) key in the "SYSTEM>BACKUP>FROM" mode.

(YES) to initialize the data.
