19 Scheduled Meetings

View Meeting List

Meeting in progress, use the remote
control to move the cursor to the green
Join and click OK on the remote control.
Other meetings scheduled will appear as
shown in this example at right.
Meeting List Basics
Your video system may be connected
to a management system capable
of scheduling video meetings. Any
meetings scheduled will then appear
in a List of Meetings.
When it is time to join a meeting, use
the remote control to click on Join,
as shown.
If the scheduling system calls you,
just treat that as an incoming call.
