If you are using the Novell GroupWise
E-Mail Integration, you can access your
appointments and tasks by phone.
You can handle all of your tasks,
appointments, voice messages, faxes,
and e-mail messages through your e-mail
inbox. You need a sound device to listen
to your voice messages and a fax viewer
to read your faxes.
If you want, ask your system manager
to set the system to forward all of your
messages to your e-mail inbox. Or, you
can receive a notice in your e-mail inbox
when you have new messages waiting.
