OPERATING THE
STEAM SETTINGS
Steam ironing is only possible at higher
ironing temperatures, as per the indications
on the temperature dial (cotton to linen).
Step 1.
Plug the power cord into a 230V or 240V
power outlet and turn the power on.
Step 2.
Set the Temperature dial to the required
position within the steam area and wait until
the heating Indicator Light goes out.
Step 3.
Set the Steam Selector dial to the required
setting ie. From minimum to maximum
steam. The iron is now ready for use.
NOTE:
Always ensure that the Steam
Selector Dial (located in front of the
Temperature Dial of the iron) is set to
correspond with the setting on the
Temperature Dial. If you attempt to
iron with the Steam Selector Dial set
to maximum and the Temperature
Dial simultaneously set to a relatively
low ironing temperature, the
water will not be able to vaporise
completely, resulting in water leaking
from the soleplate.
