transition does not have to be checked). The judgement is "true" if the corresponding sequencer or ADC has been
completed in accordance with the CPU request.
3.9.9.12.2
Suspension Judgement
The following event notifies the suspension of operations.
SEQ0 to 9 has completed one main loop's worth of processing and the operation has suspended.
This function is for changing settings (mainly the Decimator's dynamic connection) from the CPU during the
suspension state of the MATH_PROC (when the data that was input to the MATH_PROC is output, and the
internal sequencer is transferred to the FIFO). The following describes an example of changing setting of
MATH_PROC by using this suspension judgement.

Figure SCU (Sensor Control Unit)-81 MATH_PROC Parameter Change (Example)
In the above Figure, the CPU performs the following controls.
(1) Sets HPADC0_ACCESS_INHIBIT_REQ to "1" (release and inhibition of SCU SLEEP).
(2) Completes the sequencer within the SCU_RAM and sets the suspend request sequencer number
(SYNCHRO_CPU2iSoP, refer to Section 3.9.12.11.14.)
(3) Sets the HPADC1_ACCESS_INHIBIT_REQ to "1" (suspend interrupt request), clears the interrupt factor,
