Operating your Mailbox with OpenScape Xpressions PhoneMail
Delete message: push 6.
You now have the following options:
Go to next message: push pound.
Answer message: push 1.
Afterwards you will automatically come to the menu branch "Record/send messages".
Forward message: push 9.
Call sender: push 7 and 0 successively.
Repeat message playback: push 7.
Put out message details: push 1.
Change to previous message: push 2.
Repeat message output: push 3.
Repeat respective message header: push 7.
Repeat 8 seconds of the message (or 3 sentences in e-mails): push 8.
Back to main menu: push pound.
To modify file attachments: push 8.
Print e-mail/fax: push 1.
The feature to edit file attachments is only provided if the current message includes an
attachment.
Issue voice mail: push 3.
To modify previous attachment: push 4.
To modify the same attachment: push 5.
To modify next attachment: push 6.
Change to the menu branch "After listening to the message": push pound.
Use additional options: push 9.
Jump forward to the next message category: push 1.
