Resetting the settings to their factory default settings 
You can reset the wine conditioning unit's settings to their default settings.
Reset the settings to the default settings when disposing of your wine
conditioning unit, selling it, or putting a used wine conditioning unit into
operation. This will reset the network configuration so that all personal data is
deleted from the wine conditioning unit. This will also ensure that a previous
owner is no longer able to access the wine conditioning unit.
 In Settings mode , use the  and  sensors to select
and touch OK to confirm your selection.

After a short while,
 Confirm the message with OK.
The initial set-up process restarts (see "Using for the first time - Before using for
the first time").
The wine conditioning unit's settings will be reset to the following values:
