Perform Edit functions only by unit operation.
® Similar to CDs, MiniDiscs have a TOC area (refer to page 62), so recordable
MiniDiscs can be edited in many ways by means of the TOC. (Edit functions)
® Playback Only MiniDiscs (commercially available music software, etc.) cannot be
edited.
Ways of Editing a Disc _
Assigning a Disc Name or Track Name (DISC NAME/Tr NAME Function) (47)
A disc name and track names (Maximum (Unit Display Example)
number of tracks: 255) can be assigned
to a recorded MiniDisc.
@The English alphabet in lower and upper
cases, and symbols can be used.
@ When a disc with assigned disc name and
track names is played back, the data can be
checked on the unit's display.
