Dependency Notation
8-62. Dependency notation is a way to simplify symbols from complex IC elements by denoting the relationship
between inputs, outputs, or inputs and outputs, without actually showing all the elements and interconnections in-
volved. The information provided by dependency notation supplements that provided by the qualifying symbols
for an element's function. Table 8-5 contains a summary of the 1 1 types of dependency notations.
