Multiple users are logged into
the same web browser.
– Activating or deactivating
the fixed IP address in
the web browser
interface.
– Changing the hostname.
Interrupted system cabling.
Switcher has incorrect
settings.

Possible solution

– Replace the (faulty) USB
memory stick.
Make sure only one user is
logged into a web browser. If
multiple users need to log in
at the same time:
– use a different browser
type for each user, or
– log in using a separate
device (tablet, laptop or
PC).
Close and then reopen the
web browser interface.
– Check all trunk
connections between the
Discussion Devices and
the Control Unit.
– Check the connections
of the auxiliary
equipment.
Reset the switcher to factory
defaults. Then set the TCP
connection port number.
– For the Kramer MV‑6
switcher, set the TCP
connection port number
to 5000.
– For the
tvOne CORIOmatrix
switcher, set the TCP
connection port number
to 10001.
