Action settings

Triggers start actions, such as playing a message, testing the device, accepting and routing an
incoming SIP call, or configuring the predefined audio routes.
Start message
Use Start message to define a message, which is either a device default message or a custom-
made message, which plays when a trigger condition is present. For more information, see
Messages, page 31 .
You must use Repeat Count in combination with the Trigger starts but does not stop the
action check box to ensure the message plays to the end.
Use the Repeat Count option to define the number of times the message plays. For example, if
the repeat count is set to 2, and the trigger condition is only present for a short time, the
message plays 2 times. If the trigger condition is still present after the message cycle finishes
playing, the message cycle begins again. This cycle continues until the trigger condition is no
longer present. A zero value repeats the message indefinitely.

You can manually adjust the gain of individual messages via the Gain (dB) field.
You can also define a GPO Action that runs when the trigger action is present.
