Zum Verbinden der Gurte GT 2 von
Förderstrecken mit l > 2000 mm dient

der Gurtmontage-Werkzeugsatz. Er
besteht aus:
– einer Ausschärfeinrichtung (A) zum
Schärfen der Gurte an der Ver bin -
dungsstelle
– einer Heizpresse (B) zum Warmkleben
der Gurte
– Einrichtung zum Vorspannen (C) der
Gurte sowie
– Zubehör (Schleifband, Pinsel)
Mit einer zweiten Heizpresse können
zwei nebeneinander liegende Gurte
gleichzeitig verklebt werden.

Belt mounting tool kit
The belt-mounting tool kit is required
for joining the ends of belt GT 2 with
l > 2000 mm conveyor sections. It
S
includes:
– beveling tool (A) for sharpening off the
belt ends where they are joined
– heat press (B) for bonding the belt
ends thermally
– belt pretensioning device (C), and
– accessories (abrasive belt, brush).
If a second heat press is used, two
adjacent belts can be bonded at the
same time.
