Wartung / Einstellarbeiten
(Fig. 14)
Hinweis:
Schalten Sie die Antriebskomponenten
spannungsfrei, bevor Sie mit War-
tungs- und Einstellarbeiten an der Aus-
schärfeinrichtung beginnen (Netzstecker
das Antriebs abziehen)!
Belag der Schleifwalze erneuern
(Schleifband auswechseln):
1 Schutzvorrichtung (1) abschrauben,
und altes Schleifpapier von der Walze
restlos entfernen.
2 Neues selbstklebendes Schleifband
(3 842 315 104) spiralförmig straff auf
die Rolle aufziehen. Das Schleifband
muß fest an der Schleifwalze anliegen.
3 Schutzvorrichtung (1) wieder montie-
ren. Anschließend die Einstellung wie
oben beschrieben prüfen.

Maintenance/adjustment work

Note:
Make sure the drive components are not
under voltage before beginning main-
tenance on or setting the beveling tool
(unplug the drive)!
Replace the coating on the grinding
drum (change grinding belt):
1 Unscrew the safety device (1) and
remove the old emery paper from the
drum.
2 Pull the new self-adhesive grinding
belt (3 842 315 104) onto the drum in
a spiral. The grinding belt must lie tight
on the grinding drum.
3 Reinstall the safety device (1). Finally,
check the setting as described above.

说明：
在您在皮带打磨工具上开始保养和设置
工作开始前，切断驱动部件的电源 (拔
下电源插头) ！
更新磨削辊的砂纸 (更换磨削带) :
1 拆下防护设施 (1)，从磨削辊上取下全
部旧砂纸。
2 把新的自粘式砂纸 (3 842 315 104)
螺旋式紧贴在辊子上。砂带必须仅仅
固定在磨削辊上。
3 重新装上防护设施 (1)。接着如上所述
对设置进行检查。
皮带打磨工具的调节
1 检查磨削辊上的砂纸。有必要的话，
更新。
2 检查摆动台上的楔形件是否有损坏。
有必要的话，更新。
