Dispose the battery immediately and properly. Observe the notes given in
this chapter.

Fix the new battery. Observe that you install only a battery permitted by
Bosch Rexroth, e. g. the battery AKKU24V/2,5Ah with the following Bosch
Rexroth parts number: 1070923287. The mounting torque is 6.2 lbf in (0.7
Nm) for the four original M3 screws from

Plug in the connector until it clicks into place.
10. Close the cover and fix it with the original screw and washer assembly
M5x10 Z4 with a mounting torque of 24.8 lbf in (2.8 Nm) at the housing.
11. Refit fuse F1.
Battery damage due to long screws.
Use only screw and washer assembly M5x10 Z4. A longer screw might damage
the housing of the battery.
If the new battery is not yet charged, there is no sufficient UPS pro‐
tection for a controlled shutdown of the PC during the charging time.
Therefore use completely charged batteries, if possible. The charg‐
ing time of a 2.5 Ah battery is approximately five hours.
Dispose the used battery immediately. Keep it away from children.

Switch on the supply voltage for the UPS again.
