Procedure for Executing Self-Diagnosis
1.
The setting of this unit is set as follows.
• AE button (front panel): Off
• Shutter: Off
PICTURE PROFILE menu → Shutter
• Inversion: Normal
PICTURE PROFILE menu → Inversion
• Country: NTSC Area
OTHERS (setup menu) → Country
• Video Format: HQ1080/60i
OTHERS (setup menu) → Video Format
2.
Select the type of self-diagnosis (Type 1 or Type 2) in Diag Type.
Note
When Type 1/2 for an Item in the table of
1, and when it is "2 only", it executes only for type 2.
For "1, 2", the item executes for both type 1 and type 2.

Select the Item of self-diagnosis from Item 1 to Item 13.
4.
Select "Execute" to execute the self-diagnosis.
Upon completion of the self-diagnosis, the result of the self-diagnosis appears.
Press the CANCEL button or SEL/SET knob while displaying the result of self-diagnosis to return to the
INFORMATION menu.

Diagnosis of the signal line from camera signal pro-
cessor IC to base band processing IC
Note
Do not execute Item 13 from Item 8.
