Note
To achieve the most evenly balanced loading of the three-phase system possible, connect 8
or 6 POM channels at a time consecutively to phases L1, L2 and L3.

Block diagram

The block diagrams below show the main circuits of the POM4220 low-end and POM 4220
mid-range with power and heating element connections. The heating elements are operated
in star connection. The power outputs are protected internally with one fuse per power
output. The individual phases of the incoming supply are not protected on the POM;
protection devices must be implemented externally by the user.
