Troubleshooting
Be sure to check the following if a problem occurs. If the
problem persists, contact your local Sony representative.
The unit does not turn on / the SYSTEM indicator
does not light.
Check that the power plug is connected to the
outlet and that the AC adapter, DC power cable,
etc. are properly connected.
Images do not appear on the monitor.
Check the SYSTEM indicator and the LINK
indicator (page 29). If an error or warning has
occurred, contact your local Sony representative.
Check the DIP switch settings. The DIP switches
on the sender and receiver must be configured
properly (page 17).
Check that the connection cables are connected
properly. For the HD video format, be sure to
connect the cable to SDI connector A.
4K video does not appear on the monitor properly.
Check that the SDI connectors at the rear of the
unit are connected properly (page 15).
Check the DIP switch settings. The DIP switches
must be configured according to the output video
format of the modality device (page 17).
Images are occasionally distorted. The SYSTEM
indicator continues to blink green without switching
to a steadily lit state.
Network synchronization is no longer possible.
Restart the unit.
Always turn on the unit after startup of the
network switch is complete.
