5.5.3 Configuration of Automatically Sending and Receiving I/O area
When using the connection for sending, it is required to specify the internal output area (I/O) in the CPU
module as the source area. And when using the connection for receiving, it is required to specify the internal
output area in the CPU module as the destination area. The configuration procedure for these usage are
described here.
(1) Displaying of "Automatically Sending and Receiving I/O area display window"
Firstly, select the "I/O area (1)-(6) link selection" of menu window then the operation frame changes to the
"Automatically Sending and Receiving I/O area display window". The current configuration is displayed onto
this window.
(2) Displaying of "Automatically Sending and Receiving I/O area configuration window"
Secondly, select the "Setting link selection" of "Automatically Sending and Receiving I/O area display
window" then the operation frame changes to the "Automatically Sending and Receiving I/O area
configuration window". This window is shown in figure 5.6. And the items which can be set by this
configuration window are also shown in table 5.11.
The check of the set value will be started after clicking the "Set" button (A) on the window. If the value are
correct, these values are saved into setup file and the window changes to "Automatically Sending and
Receiving I/O area display window". If there is an error in the value, the error code is displayed onto the error
window. Please correct the value and set again according to the error information
