Caller ID for Analog Extensions (CLIP)

When the system receives an incoming call with caller
ID (enabled by the local carrier), the extension config-
ured to use this feature receives and displays the
caller's data on the telephone display.
For example,

Gigaset 4010
The telephone must have an external power supply and
comply with the appropriate regulations.
Required: Programming Mode must be active (*95
31994).
Enter the code for programming.
0 1 0
Enter the analog extension number (e.g., 12/102).

Select the type of configuration:
0

Within the system, Silent Monitoring has the
same restrictions as the Conference and
Override features.
A maximum of 2 simultaneous conferences is
allowed by the system. Note: The Override
feature is ticketed as a Conference.
If the monitoring or the monitored party changes
status, Silent Monitoring is canceled. This
occurs, for example, when a call is placed on
hold.
