Step 5 Under general settings, enter the participant name in Name. Under H.323 settings, specify
H323 ID and E.164 alias.
Step 6 Click Add.
On the Participant page, the new participant is online, as shown in

7.3.3 Creating a template Conference
A template conference is a conference predefined and scheduled on the SMC2.0.
Procedure
Step 1 Log in to the SMC2.0 web interface.
Step 2 Choose Conferences > New Conference.
The New Conference page is displayed, as shown in

The default SNMP settings on the participant are displayed on the page. If you have modified the
default SNMP settings on the participant, a search for the participant will fail. If the search fails,
modify the displayed SNMP settings based on your modifications on the participant. For details, see
the HUAWEI SMC2.0 V100R002 Configuration Guide. You can contact Huawei technical support
engineers or visit
http://enterprise.huawei.com/support
To search for a participant in non-SNMP mode, enter User name and Password on the participant
search page.
