the SC
If you use the RM, the SC, and the MCU together with the terminal to hold a conference, you
need to register the 8650C MCU to the SC (that is, the node status of the 8650C MCU on the
SM is online).

Description
The prefix type for the service area, either ISDN or IP.
The area code of the service area. It is a numeric string of
no more than 20 digits.
The name of the prefix, a string that must not exceed 40
characters.
