Cable Holes on Cabinets
Cable/Fiber Routing — A63B Cabinet
Cable holes at the top of the cabinet
When overhead cabling is required:
• Thread the power cables out of the cabinet
through cable hole b or c.
• Thread the network management (NM) cable
out of the cabinet through cable hole a.
• Thread fibers out of the cabinet through cable
hole c or d.

When overhead cabling is required:
Thread the power cable out of the cabinet through cable hole a
or b.
Thread the NM cable and alarm cable out of the cabinet
through cable hole b.
Thread optical fibers out of the cabinet through cable hole a.

Cable holes at the bottom of the cabinet
When underfloor cabling is required:
•
Thread the power cables out of the cabinet through cable
hole b or c, then into the cabinet again through hole d,
and finally directed out again through hole g or h.
•
Thread the NM cable out of the cabinet through cable
hole g or h.
•
Thread fibers out through and inside fiber
management frames.
Cable holes at the bottom of the cabinet
When underfloor cabling is required:
Thread the power cables out of the cabinet through cable
hole b, then into the cabinet again through cable hole a,
and finally out of the cabinet again through hole e.
Thread the NM cable and alarm cable out of the cabinet
through cable hole e.
Thread optical fibers out of fiber management cabinets.
NOTE
The A66B cabinet has the same mappings
between the cable holes on its top and the
PSUs as the A63B cabinet.
