B465 Event
When there is a communication trouble
event, the B465 sends a COMMUNICATION
TROUBLE report. It uses the ttt segment of
the report to identify the technology and
receiver.
– ttt = 000, Ethernet IP or Cellular IP to
Primary or Secondary Receiver
(B465 with firmware version 1.##.###
only)
– ttt = 001, Ethernet IP to primary
receiver
– ttt = 002, Cellular IP to primary receiver
– ttt = 003, Ethernet IP to secondary
receiver
– ttt = 004, Cellular IP to secondary
receiver
– ttt = 010, DNS failure using Ethernet IP
or Cellular IP
(B465 with firmware version 1.##.###
only)
– ttt = 011, DNS failure using Ethernet IP
– ttt = 012, DNS failure using Cellular IP
When any of the communication trouble
events shown above clears, the B465 sends
a COMMUNICATION TROUBLE Restoral
report.
When there is a communication failure event,
the B465 inserts a FAILURE TO
COMMUNICATE report (Contact-ID 354) at
the top of the report queue. It is the first
report sent when communication restores.
When a report is successfully sent to the
central station receiver (after a
communication failure event), the B465 adds
a FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE Restoral
report (Contact-ID 354) to the report queue.
When a B465 input is open, the B465 makes
an input open trouble event and sends a
PROTECTION LOOP OPEN report.
When a B465 input returns to normal after
being open, the B465 makes an input open
trouble event and sends a, PROTECTION
LOOP OPEN Restoral report.
