Select the UPS program UPS NT Control in the system control (see

Fig. 9-4).
Note: The UPS program always runs as a Windows NT service.

User changes have no influence on this behavior. The user
can not terminate the program without administration rights or
stop the monitoring.

After selecting symbol UPS NT Control, the window USV Properties and
Maintenance appears.
The window offers the following tabs, in which further settings can be
made.
• UPS General tab
• System Health tab
• Profi Bus / Touch Mode tab
• SIS Bus Mode tab
• About tab
• Maintenance tab.
