By performing the following steps, you can print out
special patterns for controlling quality and for verifying
correct operation.

Press the MENU button to bring up the menu screen.

Press the F or f button to move the cursor to "Test
Print," and press the g button.
A screen for selecting the pattern appears.

Quality Control Pattern for controlling print quality
SMPTE Test image pattern
Quality Control (Print quality checking pattern)
This pattern can only be printed on UPT-M710BL/
M712BL film.
SMPTE (Test image pattern)
A screen for starting to print the selected pattern
appears.
