– prevent short-circuit from 48 V input to 12 V output inside DC/DC converter in any
single failure case.
The output voltage on 12 V pin is actually between 13.5 V @ high load and 13.8 V @ low
load in normal condition. Output voltages <13.5 V can only occur in overload condition.
The maximum continuous output current is 11.0 A. Enable of the DC/DC converter is con-
trolled by the Vehicle Control Unit VCU MS 40.
