The procedure for automatically commissioning the NodeB by the M2000 involves detecting
the OM channel, upgrading the software and configuration, monitoring the software
commissioning, and verifying the services.

the commissioning task.
If each performance counter is once
displayed as a value that is not 0, the
service verification succeeds and
the commissioning switches to the
Confirming completed status.
